2009 VARSITY CLASSIC REGISTRATION FORM 


To benefit the Indian Lake-Long Lake ORANGE

Cedar River Golf Course Indian Lake, N.Y. 


The 3rd annual Varsity Classic is June 6 at Cedar River Golf Course, with the 
"Champions Dinner" and auction following at the Indian Lake Restaurant. 


The event benefits the Indian Lake-Long Lake ORANGE, who compete for 
MVAC championships. Our format is an 18-hole, four-player scramble. 
We offer team prizes, plus closest to the pin and longest-drive contests. 


Registration is $70 per player and includes golf with a shared cart, 
continental breakfast, dinner and participation gift. Please complete this 
form (including dinner selection of prime rib, chicken or a vegetarian 
entrée) and return it to Indian Lake Central School by Friday, May 22. 


Partial teams are welcome and will be placed into a foursome if space permits.
